Service Description

Relax and release tension with our Release Tension Yin Yoga Workshop, expertly led by Charlotte Dugdale. This session will focus on the upper body, neck and shoulders, helping you to ease tension and create space within your body and mind. We often hold a lot of stress and tension in the upper body so this two and a half hours will help release that creating more space in the body. In Autumn, releasing the areas around the shoulders is crucial as this is where our Large Intestine and Lung Meridian lines run. Allow yourself to let go and find peace in this soothing practice.
